  Cafe Don Felix of De Mesilla is actually called Emelia's and it returning to the original name Cafe Don Felix under new ownership.
  
  Just off the Mesilla town center we decided to try this local cafe and enjoying dining outside in the courtyard on a lovely warm afternoon in February.
  
  We were a bit disappointed in the food because it was not a flavorful or spicey as we normally like. I ordered the Cuban plate and did enjoy the plantaines and the sauce that came with it.
